Today, we switched our typical qi gong methods to another practice originating from the wudang traditions. The postures and movements seem strange to me now but I still felt an enormous boost in my energy afterward. The third section is free form and I found myself moving arms, hands, and fingers as if I was a river with water flowing lazily toward its destiny. My entire body was calm and my mind was silent. This is a healing qi gong and after one introductory lesson, I already feel rejuvenation.
